At PROMOrx, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom-printed promotional products to our valued business and educational institution clients. 

You are ordering products customized with your company or school logo or message. For the most part, these are not returnable. If there is a defective item, we will absolutely address. If your order arrived late, we don't control UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other carriers, or the weather.  We always suggest ordering early and allowing extra time. Weather and delays are pretty standard these days.

We do ask that you open boxes upon receiving. We're human. And the factories producing your orders are filled with humans. Mistakes can happen. Just let us know fast! (Fast to us is within 7-10 days of you receiving the product.)

Reporting Issues: If you discover any discrepancies, errors, or defects in your order during the inspection period, please contact us immediately at info@PROMOrx.com  Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant photographs. Our team will assess the situation promptly to determine the appropriate course of action.

Resolution: In cases where an error is attributed to our production process, we are committed to making it right. Potential resolutions include, but are not limited to, reprinting the affected items or offering a credit towards future purchases.
