You're not equipped with the info to make that call! Everyone in the promo business ships from factories all across the US. Our pros will figure out the best shipping method and maybe even recommend an alternative item from a closer factory. Why? To save you money! You will receive an email confirmation with total charges before your credit card is charged. In our 10 years in business, we have NEVER missed a customer's event date! WOW! On our way to a family dinner on Christmas Eve one year, we were making basket deliveries! That's when we said: there's got to be something else! And we put on our thinking caps! One of our gift basket clients was a car dealership. They asked us to use logo'd mugs and other imprinted items in baskets we created for them. When they ran out, they asked us to handle. Initially, we farmed to other companies since our focus was the gift baskets. But "AH-HAH", the lightbulb went off! There was our business! Research, research and more research. We sold the gift basket business, opened the doors on MacFadden Promos and never looked back! Several years ago, we decided to change the company name to PROMOrx, but we still have customers who remember there are 2 "a's" in MacFadden!
