ART WORK
We have graphic artists on our team if you don't have the appropriate art files.
Depending on the complexity of your logo, there may be art charges.
To avoid art charges,email original vector art in one of these formats for PC's: .eps or .ai
(Some pdf files accepted if created in Adobe Illustrator.)
Translation: saving a jpeg or gif file as an eps will not work!
Other formats that will NOT work: Word documents, Powerpoint files, jpeg files.

SPECIAL NOTE: Since all items are custom printed with your logo/company info,your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

We reserve the right to make price changes as needed!
This is especially an issue during 1st quarter when we are waiting for hundreds of factories to get us new pricing and what's discontinued!
We will always contact you about any price difference and give you the option to continue or not!
Prices shown are for a 1 color imprint unless it says otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an order, we will do our best to work with you!

Cancellation charges are 10% of your order or Art Fees, Factory Fees,etc. whichever is greater.

The logos on our website are used to show imprint placement. In most cases, these have been provided by our suppliers.
When you place an order with PROMOrx, you are telling us you have permission and authority to use the logo you provide.
